Hi, I’m Jen Neitzel, and I’ve walked the same unpredictable, bootstrapped road you’re walking now. As a mobile notary myself, I spent way too much time digging for marketing strategies that actually worked. Stuff that wasn’t fluff wasn’t outdated and wasn’t a carbon copy of what every other notary was doing. And let’s face it: most of the “advice” out there is totally generic. So, I created Marketing4Notaries to fill that gap. Originally launched as Signing Agent Marketing (SAM), the business quickly evolved as I realized the need was bigger than loan signings. I wanted to support notaries in every specialty, like general notary work, estate planning, mobile fingerprinting, and more, with one mission: Teach notaries how to attract the right clients through smart, simple, and sustainable marketing.
