Q: Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

A: You have 14 days to request a full refund, no questions asked.
Q: Do I need to be a notary already?
A: Yes. You need to be a commissioned notary public, or able to get commissioned through your state's Secretary of State. You should also come in with a working knowledge of how to administer a signing ceremony, properly complete notarial certificates, and understand your state's notary laws. CNTDA builds on that foundation, it doesn't replace it.
